AC arrives for Thanksgiving, prepared for any roadside calamities.
We drove up to Pennsylvania today to spend Thanksgiving with the PA grandparents. Hopefully we’ll get to see AC in a day or two!
I fear we’ll have an army of these pretty soon if Sam keeps on with this sewing obsession.
I suppose it was inevitable that I would catch Sam’s cold or it would catch me. Luckily I had a new book to start today.

The greens didn’t do as brilliantly in the fall as they did last spring, but here’s one salad I got out of the garden today. I’m harvesting all of it this week since temperatures are dipping well below freezing at night.

At this point in his career, AC never imagined that he would be required to wear a hard hat for work. Apparently, programming software for the PA turnpike is more dangerous work than anyone thought. Sam and I both hope that he gets to keep the hat!
